587bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the platform 587bet, available at 587bet.click and on its Android and iOS apps. By registering, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

The 587bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to users by email and/or in-app notification at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the new terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create or maintain an active account on the platform. Voluntary account closure can be requested at any time by contacting 587bet.

To create an account at 587bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not have any other active account on the 587bet platform;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion registry within the national player protection system;
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of 587bet or any of its partner providers.

The 587bet performs identity verification (Know Your Customer) for all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. The process is fully digital and requires submission of a photo of an official government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport) along with a selfie of the account holder. Verification is completed within one hour during business hours.

The 587bet may request additional documentation at any time if there is suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or data inconsistencies. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension and a hold on the balance pending review.

By making a deposit, the user confirms that the funds are of lawful origin and that the payment method belongs to them. The balance available for withdrawal in the 587bet consists of deposits made by the player plus winnings from confirmed bets, minus wagered amounts and any bonuses with a pending rollover requirement. The bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — only the balance converted after the rollover requirement is met can be withdrawn.

The 587bet offers different types of promotions throughout the year — welcome bonuses, free spins, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, slots tournaments, and themed MMA and UFC promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are communicated clearly before any acceptance.

The rollover (also known as wagering requirement) is the multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable. For example: a bonus of R$ 200.00 with a 30x rollover requires R$ 6,000.00 in valid bets before the balance can be withdrawn.

• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms;

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the 587bet reserves the right to hold balances for review. If an internal investigation confirms that the balance is legitimate and not the result of prohibited conduct, the funds will be returned to the account holder.

Use of the platform 587bet is subject to compliance with the following restrictions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Bets placed with the sole purpose of completing a rollover without genuine risk (matched betting in a context that is detrimental to the platform);
• Use of bots, scripts, automation software, or any tool that places bets without direct human interaction;
• Match-fixing, collusion with other bettors, or insider trading in Sports Betting;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an advantage not intended in the game design;
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for transactions of illicit origin;
• Resale, transfer, or assignment of credits, bonuses, or balances between different accounts;
• Platform access by users under 18, including through use of a third party's account.

The 587bet uses real-time fraud detection and behavioral analysis systems. Any suspicious activity may trigger a manual account review, temporary suspension, and, if a violation is confirmed, permanent closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any conflict or dispute related to the use of the platform 587bet, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's support channel.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, and both parties waive any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

The 587bet operates in compliance with current Brazilian legislation on online entertainment, data protection (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018), and anti-money laundering (Law No. 9,613/1998 and its amendments).
